Split to the bone, i could see around the bone, nearly went to theater for a clean out and plastic surgery to pull the wound together as there wasn't much skin to work with. In the end they just pulled it together with the stitches and brut force but im told the stitches will not hold if i get any infection and that could easily spread to the bone. No weight on it for a week!! No skiing for 4 week minimum (not that i see that happening haha) Mind you bone infection sounds scary!! Hoping the antibiotics will do the trick Cheers to the medic at the WA Free event for the short term patch up.
